With over 30 years experience each, Ophelia, in retail & markets and Wendy in branding & digital marketing we are amongst the leading high street and independent retail experts in the country. With a warm, friendly and practical approach, we take councils and their retailers through our tried and tested strategies.

We have a core team of 3 in our office but we collaborate and work alongside industry experts from a variety of fields to ensure we deliver the most relevant and current support.

Ophelia now spends her working week with Place Makers in Government and local Councils to create actionable high street support strategies for the UK’s retailers, market traders, landlords and communities to have vital & viable high streets once more.

Wendy has recently focused on place branding, dedicating significant time to create appealing high streets with cohesive, heritage-approved signage and marketing. Her initiatives aim to promote the vitality and viability of high streets, contributing to their overall success and sustainability, showcasing the uniqueness of each town to attract locals and visitors.
